ऐतवडे खुर्द (ता. वाळवा) येथे वारणा साखर कारखान्याचे माजी संचालक कै. प्रकाश उर्फ आनंदराव बाजीराव पाटील यांच्या पुण्यतिथी निमित्त खुल्या राज्यस्तरीय शूटिंग बॉल स्पर्धा आयोजित केल्या आहेत. त्याचे उद्घाटन सांगली जिल्हा मध्यवर्ती सहकारी बँकेचे अध्यक्ष मानसिंगराव नाईक यांच्या श्रीफळ हस्ते फोडून व फीत कापून झाले.
यावेळी अध्यक्ष श्री. नाईक यांनी स्पर्धेत सहभागी संघांच्या खेळाडूंचा परिचय करून घेतला. संयोजन समितीने श्री. नाईक यांचा सत्कार केला. यावेळी वकील रोहित पाटील, माजी सरपंच भारत पाटील, महेंद्र पाटील व शंकर पाटील, माजी उपसरपंच रघुनाथ पवार, प्रल्हाद चांदणे, मुकुंद आवटे, शशिकांत पाटील, शहाजी पाटील, गणेश पाटील, पांडुरंग कदम, जे. एम. पाटील, सुधीर बनसोडे, डॉ. रमेश पाटील, विजय पाटील, प्रशांत पाटील, महादेव पाटील, डी. आर. पाटील, निलेश पाटील, रोहित माळी, सुनील मोरे, वकील विकास चांदणे, विक्रम पाटील, संतोष चांदणे, दत्तात्रय देवकर आदी मान्यवर उपस्थित होते.

On the death anniversary of the late Prakash alias Anandrao Bajirao Patil, former director of Warana Sugar Factory, a state-level open shooting ball tournament was organized at Aitawade Khurd (Taluka Walwa). The event was inaugurated by Manasingrao Naik, Chairman of the Sangli District Central Cooperative Bank, by breaking a coconut and cutting the ribbon.
During the event, Mr. Naik met the players from the participating teams. The organizing committee felicitated him on the occasion.
