


Raigad Fort, the capital of Swarajya, witnessed a grand celebration on the coronation day of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. The historic Water Abhishek ceremony was performed by Gaurav Naikawadi, leader of the Hutatma Group and grandson of Padma Bhushan Krantiveer Dr. Nagnathanna Naikawadi. This prestigious honor symbolized a deep connection to the legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and the unwavering spirit of Maharashtra’s freedom fighters.
The ceremony was part of the grand event organized under the “Kranti” initiative, which saw thousands of Shiv Bhakts from across Maharashtra gather at the historic fort to pay homage to the Maratha empire’s illustrious history.
Eminent personalities graced the event, including Kiranjeet Singh, nephew of Shaheed Bhagat Singh; Satyashil Rajguru, grandson of Rajguru; Subhash Patil, grandson of Krantisinh Nana Patil; Sanjeev Jawale; Sajjanrao Patil; and Digvijay Jedhe, great-grandson of Deshbhakt Keshavrao Jedhe.
The event commemorated the bravery and vision of the Maratha rulers, who inspired generations of freedom fighters to dedicate their lives to India’s independence.
