German Technology–Based Police Recruitment
राजारामबापू पाटील सहकारी साखर कारखान्याचे अध्यक्ष तथा युवा नेते प्रतिकदादा पाटील यांच्या संकल्पनेतून आणि कामगार कल्याण व जिमखाना समितीच्या अध्यक्षा, कारखान्याच्या संचालिका डॉ. सौ. योजना शिंदे-पाटील यांच्या पुढाकाराने साखराळे येथील खुल्या मैदानात जर्मन तंत्रज्ञानावर आधारित पोलीस भरती सराव स्पर्धेचे भव्य आयोजन करण्यात आले. या उपक्रमासाठी शशिकांत जगताप, पवन भोसले-पाटील, अनिकेत पाटील तसेच विविध स्पर्धा परीक्षा अकॅडमीचे संचालक व स्वयंसेवकांनी मोलाचे योगदान दिले.
या सराव परीक्षेचा प्रत्यक्ष अनुभव घेतल्यामुळे ग्रामीण भागातील मुला-मुलींमध्ये “आपणही पोलीस भरती होऊ शकतो” हा आत्मविश्वास निर्माण झाला. या अभिनव उपक्रमाला सांगली, सातारा, कोल्हापूर, सोलापूर, पुणे आदी जिल्ह्यांतील 1200 पेक्षा अधिक युवक-युवतींनी उत्स्फूर्त सहभाग नोंदवला.
कार्यक्रमाच्या प्रारंभी माजी मंत्री आ. जयंतराव पाटील यांच्या हस्ते लोकनेते राजारामबापू पाटील यांच्या प्रतिमेचे पूजन व दीपप्रज्वलन करून सराव परीक्षेचा शुभारंभ करण्यात आला. दिवसभर चाललेल्या या सरावात मुलांसाठी 1600 मीटर व 100 मीटर धावणे आणि गोळाफेक, तर मुलींसाठी 800 मीटर, 100 मीटर धावणे व गोळाफेक अशा चाचण्या घेण्यात आल्या.
यावेळी बोलताना माजी मंत्री आ. जयंतराव पाटील म्हणाले, “हा उपक्रम खऱ्या अर्थाने आगळा-वेगळा आहे. यामुळे ग्रामीण भागातील मुला-मुलींमधील पोलीस भरती परीक्षेची भीती दूर होईल आणि त्यांच्यात नवा आत्मविश्वास निर्माण होईल.”
युवा नेते प्रतिकदादा पाटील यांनी सांगितले की, “या वेळी अद्यावत जर्मन तंत्रज्ञानाचा वापर करून वेळेची अचूक मोजणी करण्यात आली आहे. त्यामुळे परीक्षार्थींना आपल्या कामगिरीतील त्रुटी समजल्या व सुधारणा करण्याची संधी मिळाली. या सराव परीक्षेला मिळालेला प्रतिसाद पाहता भविष्यातही पोलीस भरती तसेच इतर स्पर्धा परीक्षांसाठी युवक-युवतींना सहकार्य करणारे उपक्रम राबविणार आहोत.”
या कार्यक्रमास वाळवा तालुका युवक राष्ट्रवादी शरदचंद्र पवार पक्षाचे अध्यक्ष संग्राम जाधव, त्यांचे सहकारी, कारखान्याचे अधिकारी-कर्मचारी, विद्यार्थी-विद्यार्थिनी तसेच पालक मोठ्या संख्येने उपस्थित होते. सर्वांच्या सहकार्यामुळे ही पोलीस भरती सराव परीक्षा अत्यंत यशस्वी ठरली.
A German technology–based police recruitment mock test was successfully organized at the open ground in Sakharale under the vision of RajaramBapu Patil Cooperative Sugar Factory Chairman and youth leader Pratikdada Patil. The initiative was led by Dr. Mrs. Yojana Shinde-Patil, Chairperson of the Labour Welfare and Gymkhana Committee and Director of the factory. The event was made possible through the dedicated efforts of Shashikant Jagtap, Pawan Bhosale-Patil, Aniket Patil, along with competitive exam academy directors and committed volunteers.
This unique initiative gave rural boys and girls first-hand experience of the actual police recruitment physical tests, helping them develop the confidence that “we too can become police officers.” The mock test witnessed an overwhelming response, with more than 1,200 candidates participating from districts such as Sangli, Satara, Kolhapur, Solapur, and Pune.
The program began with former minister Hon. Jayant Patil inaugurating the event by performing pujan and lamp lighting in front of the portrait of Loknete Rajarambapu Patil. The mock test was conducted throughout the day following official police recruitment standards.
For boys, events included 1600-meter and 100-meter running and shot put, while girls participated in 800-meter and 100-meter running along with shot put.
Speaking on the occasion, Hon. Jayant Patil stated,
“This is a truly innovative and meaningful initiative. It will remove the fear of police recruitment examinations among rural youth and instill a new sense of confidence in them.”
Youth leader Pratikdada Patil highlighted the importance of technology in the process, saying,
“We used advanced German technology to ensure accurate time measurement. This helped candidates understand their performance, identify mistakes, and work on improvements. The enthusiastic response proves the need for such initiatives, and we will continue to support police recruitment and other competitive examinations in the future.”
The event received strong encouragement as Hon. Jayant Patil and Pratikdada Patil personally remained present on the ground, motivating the participants throughout the day. Their presence boosted the morale of the aspirants and added credibility to the initiative.
Prominent attendees included Sangram Jadhav, President of Walwa Taluka Yuva Nationalist Congress (Sharadchandra Pawar faction), party workers, factory officials and employees, students, and a large number of parents. The successful execution of the mock test was the result of collective efforts by organizers, volunteers, and supporting institutions.
This large-scale police recruitment mock test at Sakharale stands as a model initiative for empowering rural youth, bridging the gap between aspiration and opportunity, and preparing young candidates for real-world competitive examinations through technology-driven, transparent, and confidence-building practices.
