2.1. Hero Section Sliders: Payments for Hero Section slider ads are non-refundable. Slots are reserved based on availability, and payment must be made in advance.

2.2. Yearly and Monthly Sponsors: Payments for Yearly and Monthly Sponsorships are non-refundable. These spots are reserved for a specified duration, and payments must be made in advance.

2.3. Business News and Featured Ads: Business news and featured ad payments are non-refundable. Once the payment is received and the ad is scheduled, changes or cancellations are not allowed.

 

3. Content Submission

3.1. News and Ad Content: Once submitted and payment is processed, news or ad content cannot be altered or canceled. Ensure that all details are correct before finalizing the submission.

3.2. Errors and Omissions: We are not liable for any errors or omissions in the content provided. It is the responsibility of the submitter to ensure accuracy.

 

4. Refund Requests

4.1. Eligibility: Refund requests are only considered if there is a billing error or if the service was not delivered as described. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

4.2. Processing: Refund requests, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method. The processing time for refunds may vary based on payment provider policies.
