The Election Commission of India (ECI) has announced the dates for the Maharashtra Assembly Election 2024. Candidates with a criminal background will need to publish their records three times in newspapers, ensuring voters have all necessary information. Kumar reiterated that elections are a celebration of democracy, urging all eligible voters to actively participate.
Key dates for the Maharashtra Assembly Election 2024 include the Gazette Notification on October 22, the last date for filing nominations on October 29, scrutiny of nominations on October 30, and the final date for withdrawing nominations on November 4.
